DNB Courses:
Diplomate of National Board is another diploma but is equivalent to a MD course. As the name suggests, Diplomate of National Board is a diploma course program offered by the central government in various specialisations of medicine and is tougher to clear than other PG courses in medicine.
Eligibility for DNB:
- The applicant should have completed an MBBS degree of 5 years with 1 year mandatory rotatory internship from a recognised institution by MCI.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks throughout MBBS.
- The candidate must possess a permanent registration certificate as well as an internship completion certificate issued by MCI for applying for DNB admission.
- Qualify DNB-CET or CET-NBE entrance examination for admission to DNB courses.

Other courses after MBBS:
There are several other courses one can pursue after MBBS that are not directly related to medicine but involve the knowledge of medical science. These courses do not require NEET PG qualification.
